[routine help] What would be better for me: lactic acid or glycolic acid?

Hi all,I want to use a product to help uneven skin tone/sun spots, oily tzone, dullness and also be anti aging. I think glycolic acid would be the better option but wanted your opinions? Also if I opted for The Ordinary 7% glycolic acid, would this be too strong to start with? I've never used AHAs before. If it is, is there anything I could do to lower the intensity, mix it with a moisturizer or something?
