[Acne] Pimples on penis

This is pretty awkward, but I'm gonna go for it, because I need help. Not gonna post any pictures, don't worry.Basically, ever since teenage years I have had lots of little whiteheads on my penis. My doctor said that they are just big glands and completely normal.But they aren't regular Fordyce spots, because they are a bit bigger and most of the spots do contain white gunk similar to white heads and can be popped similarly.Just like white heads on my face (which I don't have a huge problem with anymore) they look quite terrible and I would really like to get rid of them.I shower daily and I clean my penis decently. I have tried similar routines as my face - cleaning well and moisturizing, but it just doesn't seem to have any effect.Any suggestions?
