[Routine Help] What can I / can’t I use after applying tanning drops to my face?
Beauty Tips For Body Care
OK let me start off by saying.. I’m a total newbie to skincare (& sunless tanning) !!I’m ashamed to say I’m nearly 30 years old & have only now this year started to actually take care of myself / practice skincare (& self love!) ♡Yesterday I tried Isle of Paradise Face & Body Self Tanning Drops (Medium) for the first time on my face.. & O-M-G! What an AMAZING, natural glow they gave me!!! I could have cried happy tears this morning when I saw how glowy & even-toned my face was!! I’ve suffered from Hyperpigmentation splotches on my face after both my pregnancies that made me extremely self-conscious (& is what me got me interested in skin care in the first place..) so when I woke up to see the drops had truly color-corrected (like they advertise) to the dark tones in my face.. I was astonished! I absolutely want to keep this glow-up... up! But nowww... I’m scared I’ll mess up the whole tan with other parts of my skin routine, (mostly worried about the micellar water + exfoliant). My skincare routine, beginning-to-end, is as follows:• 1) Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water** (makeup removal) • 2) Dermalogica Precleanse (oil) • 3) Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel • 4) Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant** • 5) Sunday Riley A+ High-Dose Retinoid Serum • 6) Sunday Riley Luna Retinol Sleeping Night Oil • 7) Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream -OR- Belief The True Cream Aqua Bomb** = products I’ve read may mess up my tan.... out of my whole routine, my traditional “non-negotiables” have always been the Micellar Water, Daily Exfoliant, and moisturizer:I have combination skin; my trouble spots being serious dry patches on my T-zone & temples. The Micellar Water has been the only thing I can find that takes off the majority of my makeup (which I wear a fair amount of - I’m a bit of a Cakeface) & In addition, the Daily Exfoliant has been the only way I’ve discovered to slough off all the day’s nastiness, buildup, and dry skin..Can someone please help me / let me know what products I’m using that could indeed blotch up or erase my tan? If I have to nix the Micellar water and/or Daily Exfoliating.. how do the “sunless tanner’s” navigate these same issues? Are there other, better products I should be using? Tips or tricks I’m not aware of?Thank You SO much for reading my Novel of a query, I appreciate you all more than you could imagine!! I’m open to any & all advice or critiques of my current regimen, also!
