19M, sensitive reactive combination/oily skinBeen using epiduo for about a year now and my acne is pretty much non existent nowadays, but I feel like I should keep using it for the time being.I want to includea chemical exfoliant in my skincare routine but I’ve heard bad things about mixing them with benzoyl peroxide.Would it be okay if I use a chemical exfoliant on alternating days to epiduo? If so, can you recommend which ones to start off with, especially if you’ve used epiduo before.I’d really appreciate it thank you x

im a 15 year old girl (turning 16 in october) and ive been suffering from acne since i was in year 5 or 6 (so around 11-12 years old). for the past year and a bit ive been asking my parents to go to see a GP about my acne and hopefully get referred to a dermatologist because at this stage i've tried everything, the cleanser i currently use helps but my acne is still there. my mum just doesn’t want to take me to take me to a GP because i don’t know maybe she just cant be bothered. we are currently in lockdown due to covid and her excuse now is that it doesn’t matter that i have acne because no one can see it, she doesn’t understand that i don’t care what others think of me, i care what i think of me and its just ruining my self-esteem.what should i do? i just don’t know how to convince my parents to take me. I could wait till my 16th birthday where i am legally allowed to go to a GP by myself but then if they find a solution i don’t know if my parents would pay for it and i wont be able to pay for it myself.

I've recently started looking into good skincare routine. Up to this point I'd been using basic and cheap drugstore products, and only really cleansed, exfoliated and moisturised, never applied sunscreen. Never had a strict ritual, just cleaned up whenever I started to feel oily.For reference, I'm in the UK where there is hardly any sun and I'm an office worker. I generally have what I consider clear skin, I don't break out often and don't suffer from any skin conditions. I don't have any ageing lines either (I'm 30 now) and don't have any eyebags that are notable, and no blemishes or scarring. Usually I get people thinking I am much younger than I am.I'd been using drugstore products for 15+ years and started shifting over to more expensive products recommended on YT and honestly I have seen no difference. I really WANT to see what the hype is about, but admittedly I am not sure what I am expecting as I have nothing to compare to.So basically, I'd like to know what are people exactly looking for when they go to the pricier range of products? Why shell out £30+ for Paula's Choice exfoliator when you could get a Simple cleanser for £2? To me, the results look the same :(

[Misc] Sunscreens for the neck that don't stain white clothes with yellow tint?

I have tried countless body sunscreens on my neck but unfortunately, all my white t-shirts have this ugly yellow stains after a few wears and I have to throw them away. 😔I am in the EU if that helps.Any body sunscreens that I can use on my neck that won't result in yellow stains all around the neck t-shirt area? I prefer body sunscreens because face sunscreens are too small and expensive for the neck IMHO. Thanks 😌👌🏽

I'm new to skincare - my evening routine is currently Cleanse, Retinol/toner (interchange per night), Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Moisturise. I have dry skin.Everywhere I've read that hyaluronic acid should go after retinol to help re-hydrate the skin. Retinol is also the more liquid of the two (both The Ordinary products) and I saw you should layer products from most liquid to least....However the retinol is an oil based product, whereas the hyaluronic is water-based, which makes me think actually shouldn't they go the other way round?Please can someone help me uncross these wires! All I'm finding is conflicting information and advice. TYIA
