[Acne] help my wedding is on Friday and I have a huge red zit with big white head. Advice needed

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hello. I’m looking for advice. I’ve never gone to the dermatologist before to have a pimple removed. I made an appointment for Tuesday. My wedding is on Friday. I basically am very nervous to have my pimple extracted and can’t see how that won’t aggravate my skin further? But I also do not want this massive zit on my chin during my wedding.I guess I’m asking for anyone who’s had a pimple extracted/lanced at the derm. Is turnaround time quicker than if I let this naturally heal? Will my face be traumatized from the removal? Will makeup cover whatever is left behind from the dermatologist? I have zero experience in this area and would appreciate any advice. What would you do in my situation? Go to the derm or wait it out until Friday and hope for improvement?Right now I’m doing spot treatment with benzoyl peroxide 2% and redness has decreased but not significantly.

[Skin Concern] What skin type do I have? Are these signs of dehydration, oily/acne prone skin, sensitivity, or something else? Roughness, blemish/acne bumps, and redness but without excessive greasiness. Stopped using Innisfree after 7 years, and now I’m lost.

[routine help] Why does my skin itch after using moisturizer?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I discovered (or my guess at least) that I have combination skin, with very dry cheeks and very slightly oily T-zone.So upon scouring for recommendations, I ended up buying “Aveeno Calm+Restore for sensitive skin Oat Gel Moisturizer”.I’ve been applying it after I wash my face but my skin becomes itchy after. I’ve tested this with using cleanser beforehand and without using cleanser (just testing out the moisturizer) Also with and without patting my face with a towel, but I always get at least slightly itchy. I only do my routine once at night. I found out this morning with a zit on my cheek after my routine last night. What do you suspect is the cause of the itchiness? I’ve considered these reasons, but I have no idea.My skin is much more dry than combination, and I should be using a moisturizer for dry skinI use too much moisturizer, rubbed too hard on my skinMy acne/acne scabs that have moisturizer placed on, react with itchinessHopefully this is not the case, but I have super sensitive skin and I’m allergic to even this productI’ve been testing multiple cleansers and moisturizer and my wallet can not endlessly test products. This is frustrating

[Routine Help] Damaged My Skin Barrier From Differin - Will This Routine Help?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been using Differin every other day for 1 month now, and my skin is now super glossy looking, slightly waxy, and when I apply products like sunscreen with high alcohol content it stings. There is also more redness and giant angry pimples. I presume from these symptoms that I have a damaged moisture barrier, caused either by incorporating Differin too quickly or using too thin of a layer of mosituriser to buffer.I plan to take a few weeks to heal my skin barrier, would appreciate if someone could critique my routine or give helpful suggestions.AM (Planned):La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel (for cleansing)Belif Problem Solution Toner (for hydration)Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum (for hydration)Soon Jung 5-Panthensoside Cica Balm (for hydration and healing properties) (though its called a balm but is more of a gel and lighter than most moisturisers I've used so I'm using it before moisturising)Belif True Cream Moisturising Bomb (very moisturising without being sticky)OXY 10 Lotion (benzoyl peroxide spot treatment for larger acnes)Biore True Rich Watery Essence (SPF 50+ PA++++)PM (Planned):Laneige Perfect Pore Cleansing Oil (removing sunscreen)La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel (to double cleanse)Belif Problem Solution Toner (for hydration)Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum (for hydration)Soon Jung 5-Panthensoside Cica Balm (for hydration and healing properties)Belif First Aid Overnight Skin Regeneration Mask (for moisturising and occulsive) (thick cream with the consistency of melted marshmallows)OXY 10 Lotion (benzoyl peroxide spot treatment for larger acnes)Would be open to new product or routine suggestions!! ♥️♥️
