Can the cause of my acne be determined by the locations I commonly get it in?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
So I'm a teenage boy whose been struggling with acne for a few years, and am really trying everything I can to get rid of it. However, as I've tried I noticed my acne appears in specific spots along my face more frequently than others.I have a patch of acne in the dead center of my forehead. I know having bangs can cause this, but my hair has been kept short for a few months now. I don't get it along the temples very often, mainly only dead center. Occasionally I get small whiteheads around and below my nose, which aren't too hard to get rid of. A common area though is the sides of my mouth, and occasionally above the lip. My cheeks almost never get any splotches, as well as the sides of my face. Occasionally I get pimples on my chin, but at the moment none. Essentially, if you divide my face into thirds, most of my acne accumulates in the center section, save for some pimples along the sides of my mouth. Can this tell me anything about the cause of my acne?
