Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been using spironolactone for over 7 months now (great stuff, has turned around my previously acne-plagued skin completely!). My derm has me come in once a month to get a refill, but I've only had blood work done on one of the appointments which from what I understand is normal to check potassium levels. Everything came out fine from the blood work, so no issues there currently.Just curious what long-time spiro users experiences are. Do you have to go to the derm once a month for your refills? I haven't yet asked her why I keep having to return. From her evaluation of my skin and it's responsiveness to spiro - it looks like I will be on this for quite a few years. I'm just wondering if going to the derm every month is something to get used to (not a bad thing! but it does take a toll on one's wallet).Thanks!
