[Acne] Sudden monster on my face! How can I get rid of this asap?

Hi!I woke up yesterday with this giant pimple on my cheek.http://i.imgur.com/24ZOYXo.jpgI'm going to be a guest in a wedding soon and will be in a bunch of pictures.I'm not super knowledgeable yet in all things skincare related so I'm turning to you lovelies for help!What can I do to get rid of this thing?!My current routine:Cerave Hydrating Face Wash, Stridex, Simple Moisturizer.I do the same routine AM & PM.My skin is dehydrated.
