I was washing a proactive commercial and the girl was like "WHOOSH CLEAN!!"There are are a lot of face wash products that use menthol so that it gives your skin a cooling sensation.Menthol does nothing to clean your skin, they just add it to make it feel like it's working. That cool clean feeling gives you a feeling of freshness and hence a sense of satisfaction and completion. The product either works or doesn't. Menthol is just smoke and mirrors.
