[Product Question] My moisturizer has stopped working for me. I could really use some product recs!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been using Clinique DDML for the past couple years and it worked really well. It kept my skin hydrated all day and didn't cause any issues with my very dry, semi-sensitive skin.At the beginning of summer, I did an overhaul on my total routine and started using additional products to make my routine work better for my skin. I noticed that at the end of my routine that my cheeks were a little red, but I chalked it up as no big deal since I flush a lot anyway, and I thought it was just my skin getting used to the new products. But within the past month, I'd noticed the redness was way worse, my face felt hot after doing my morning routine, and I was getting small breakouts, which is not normal for me.I had a sample of CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, so I decided to try it, and voila, the excess redness was gone! I no longer look like I'm wearing a ruddy mask. The few pimples and closed comedones I had are even starting to clear up! I bought a CeraVe tub with a pump and I've been using it for about a week with no adverse reactions. However, it doesn't keep my skin as hydrated all day like the DDML, so I'm looking for a heavier product that I can use on drier days and this winter. I'm in the US, and while there's no real price limit, I'd prefer to keep it under $50.TL;DR: DDML stopped working, CeraVe not moisturizing enough. Looking for other options. What doesn't work for me:Cetaphil (breakouts)Korres Greek Yoghurt Sleeping Facial (burns)FAB Ultra Repair Cream (not moisturizing enough)Clinique DDML+, DDMG (not moisturizing enough), and the new DDM Cream (pills)My routine:Morning:Rinse with waterCaudalie Moisturizing TonerOle Henriksen Truth SerumClinique Essence LotionCaudalie Vinosource SOS SerumCeraVe in the tubA few drops of Boscia Tsubaki Oil on problem areasEvening:Tatcha cleansing oilCaudalie Moisturizing TonerNip & Fab Glycolic Facial PadsClinique Essence LotionSkin Inc Custom Blend Serum (HA, Ceramides, Licorice)CeraVe *Boscia Tsubaki Oil on problem areas
