Beauty Tips For Body Care
I was staying at my boyfriend's place the other day, and I noticed that he seemed really hesitant to kiss me as we said good night, just giving a quick peck before going to sleep (unusual because we don't see each other often, and are usually all over each other). I was fairly distraught.One night, after my evening skincare routine, I licked my lips and noticed that they tasted AWFUL, kind of sour and numbing- I was pretty easily able to pinpoint it to my Alpha Hydrox 10% AHA, which I have recently begun using. I asked my boyfriend about it and he confirmed that that was why he had been so hesitant to kiss me at night- the taste was actually repulsive to him, but he hadn't said anything because he didn't want to insult me in case it was just my normal nighttime 'taste'. Since then, I've just been avoiding the mouth area when I put the lotion on-works too well for me to eliminate it altogether.So, before you become worried at how 'distant' your SO is becoming, maybe make sure it's not something in your skincare routine!
