Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm a bit overweight, and trying to change that. I went to the gym last night for the first time and was on the treadmill for 40 minutes. I literally cannot walk today. My thighs are so raw that it hurts to even roll over in bed because of the slight skin movement. What can I do to treat this? WebMD said medicated ointment but didn't specify. I did use bag balm last night, it didn't last very long, but did kinda help. And this morning I put on some of the oil I use to wash my face. But I don't want to smother the skin and prolong the healing process.And what are some good products to prevent this? I'm going to be at the gym Sun-Wed for ~2 hours. Whatever I use is going to have to last or require minimal application.If this subreddit isn't the right place for help with body skin care, let me know what sub is please! Thank you!
