[Skin Concerns] Acne cyst under my nostril successfully drained, scabbed, and then the scab came off to reveal...3 puncture wounds?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
The title pretty much says it all. My acne tends to take the form of deep, painful cysts that take a long time to heal. This particular cyst is healing in a way I've never experienced before.About a week or so ago I developed a painful lump underneath my right nostril. As far as my cysts tend to go it wasn't very big, probably about 1 cm in diameter. After a few days of hot showers and warm compresses, I finally saw a bit of white in the bump and applied gentle pressure to drain the pus. That's my standard procedure, it usually works decently as long as I don't attack it. So, just like always, I drained it as much as I could and then let it scab over. It's been scabbed for a couple days, and today in the shower the scab came off and revealed something odd-instead of the raw pink baby skin that the scab dropping off usually reveals, this time, in place of the cyst were 3 holes that I'd best describe as "puncture wounds." Just a cluster of 3 tiny red holes. The skin surrounding the holes appears pink and inflamed, and the holes themselves are raised above my skin - which leads me to believe that there might still be pus from the original cyst trapped underneath the "puncture wounds." These little holes are also leaking a clear translucent pink/red fluid.Pictures are better than words...Flash: http://i.imgur.com/pXvZVgO.pngNo Flash: http://i.imgur.com/IK1tV4O.pngThen I wiped the fluid away and quickly snapped a photo (the fluid is still leaking from the little holes, I've been dabbing it with tissues)Flash: http://i.imgur.com/Yxl7vwG.pngNo Flash: http://i.imgur.com/jO2mOaR.pngSee that white gunk in the top hole? I was able to extract some of it without making a mess (this is how it looks now - http://i.imgur.com/La0q29Q.png haha) But, I think you can tell from this picture, the 3 dots/"puncture wounds" are surrounded by inflamed skin. I'm sure some of the current inflammation is from messing with it today, but you can see even in the first photo that the "puncture wounds" appear to be raised. I'm concerned that the original cyst never fully drained, and there is remaining pus beneath the surface of my skin.So my question is- how do I go about treating this? If it was simply a recurring cyst I'd know how to handle that (warm compresses & patience). But this is some sort of "cyst" with what appear to be puncture wounds in it? I don't even know. Does anyone know what the holes are? Enlarged pores? I'm so stumped. Has anyone had anything similar or seen this before?Thank you!
