[Skin Concerns] Skincare for areas other than face? (feet and joints)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Maybe I am wigging out, but I don't see a lot of guides/posts for skincare stuff other than the face. Are there any important links I am missing?I am particularly concerned with my feet and joints. My feet are calloused, rough/hard, and dry. I lotion/Vaseline them up all the time with socks and it does help for a little bit. (I've tried Lush products that didn't work at all, don't even get me started on Lush.) Over the years, I think they have gotten a bit better. However, not THAT much.I've had a gigantic callous on each of my feet in the exact same spot since I was like 12 and it's still there (I think it's due to a combination of 1) genetics, 2) I used to be a competitive dancer, 3) I never wore shoes or socks on while outside as a child...like never). I'm 24 now.The only thing that seems to help a lot is getting a pedicure at the nail salon. I don't know what it is they are doing or products they are using but it makes me feet looks and feel SO much better even up to a week or more later. It's expensive to go so often, so I only go once every couple of years. Since skincare is a big priority for me recently, I'm thinking I need to just shell out the money to get it at least once a month. As for my joints, they've always been pretty dry but nothing too bad. They used to be way worse but then I discovered a thing called body lotion (lol) and they are okay now, just wondering if there is anything I can do to amp this up.Also wondering if I need to be lotion like nearly every part of my body, or just the dry spots?Sorry for the mass amount of questions, thanks for reading. :)
