[Skin Concerns] What can I do daily to disinfect the cheek and jaw pads of my motorcycle helmet without washing them every day?

My skin is finally the clearest its ever been, except for a patch under my jaw where my helmet straps touch and where my cheeks touch the inside of the helmet. I thought about putting something up there like a bandana, but it always slips off when I put the helmet on. What can I do?
