[Acne] Big pimple shows up every once in a while. What kind is it and what can I do about it?

So I have a huge pimple that appeared last week around my eyebrow and near the corner of my mouth. The one closer to my mouth has been picked and had oozed out its insides, not fun... What can I do about this one so it reduces in size and to minimize the chances of having it again?My current routine is just:Cerave Foaming Facial CleanserStridex Strength Medicated PadsCerave MoisturizerI have been off the Stridex for a while just because I ran out, I will get some more soon though.Thanks everyone.
