Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been using OCM for a couple of months now and have been pleased with the results. I have combination skin that is prone to dryness, hormonal acne around my mouth, shiny on my nose with lots of SFs. Since using OCM my acne and dryness is significantly better.Initially I was using oil on its own and was finding that I couldn't quite get the residue off my skin. After searching SCA I saw recommendations for using softener. I'm in the UK and can't get Cromolient so got Softener 767 from Gracefruit. Instant improvement - it lathered quickly and my skin felt much cleaner afterwards. I haven't managed to get the ratio quite right yet. At first following advice I'd read on Cromolient I tried 1:5 softener:oil. It lathered well but it made my eyes sting and when it gets on my lips it tastes awful! I've now tried dropping down to 1:8, better but still some of the above problems. I'm interested in whether other people have friend the GF product and their expriences? My current routine is: Morning - wash with water in shower, moisturiser with spf 35 evening - OCM with either coconut oil or sweet almond oil (currently trying out different types), PC BHA 2% 3 times a week, oil as moisturiserThanks in advance! Apologies if I've made any mistake, this is my first post.
