[PSA] To anyone taking Vitamin D3 for cystic acne, be aware of possible light sensitivity issues if you get your flu vaccination

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey everyone, I'll try and keep this brief. I take 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 every morning for cystic acne. Last week I got my flu vaccination. The following day, I woke up and had extreme light sensitivity: I couldn't drive without tearing up, computer screens were far too bright even on the lowest setting, etc. I had been to an optometrist and an optomologist, neither of whom were able to figure out why. Yesterday was day 5 of the extreme light sensitivity, when I thought that maybe it could be my Vitamin D. I haven't taken my Vitamin D since yesterday morning, and I'm feeling better today. Not 100%, but significantly better.I am by no means saying that I can prove a link between my flu vaccination, my Vitamin D, and the light sensitivity, but I am urging those who do take Vitamin D3 to potentially hold off on it for a couple of days if you plan on getting vaccinated; or continue taking it but monitor your light sensitivity.
