[Skin Concerns] Should I be removing constant/excess oil from my face?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm 30 and have been battling skin problems for the last 15 years. For the most part it is under control. I've suffered badly with cystic acne and then seb-derm.My face produces absolutely loads of oil/sebum. I do occasionally get the odd breakout of blackheads but if there's anything I've learned over the years it's not to pick, squeeze or pinch at them. The oil/sebum makes my face really shiny, I glisten in any light, which can be embarrassing. I shower in the morning and by 10am my face is really shiny from all the oil that has seeped out. This develops throughout the day.Should I actively be removing this oil, via clean methods of course, throughout the day to help with controlling my seb-derm and potential outbreaks of acne? Or, is the removal of the oil just encouraging more to be produced and will only exacerbate the two problems I currently am able to control? Thanks in advance.
