Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi! While most of my closed comedones have gone away, I still have quite a few. Since cutting out all makeup and fatty alcohols, my face has been almost completely clear aside from red marks, one pimple, and a lot of closed comedones.Its just that for some reason, I CANNOT seem to get my picking under control. My face looked the best it has in months today, and I just picked every single individual closed comedone until there was nothing left to come out, and now I'm a red bumpy mess. What's worse is that I know each comedone will be filled with sebum by the morning, except I'll be unbelievably red and back to a bad state. It's just so satisfying to get all that gunk out of each of my bumps.No matter how good or bad my face is, I always go in a cycle of picking the absolute fuck out of my face, then doing nothing to it for a week, then once almost everything is healed up and I'm confident, I'll go and destroy it. Picking also seems to correlate with visiting this sub, as if I'm looking for a problem after reading about other people's problems. Fucked up I know.Aside from never looking at this sub again, do any of you have suggestions as to what I can do to stop picking at my closed comedones?
