[Acne] I'm 25 and my bacne is worse than it's ever been, even in my teens. My derm says I have to wait until I outgrow it

Has anyone here been given information like this? I've tried a lot of different things, but I have not tried accutane. My derm put me on minocycline with medicated wipes and medicated wash, and she basically said the most that we can do is control it, but we won't cure it, I have to wait until I outgrow it.I was on 150 mg/day of doxy for 6 months with panoxyl and that did nothing.Just curious if anyone else has started to get bacne when they were in their 20's and were given the same information: just have to wait it out.
