My derm prescribed this for me for severe cystic acne. Has anyone found this useful? It's a water pill meant for blood pressure and heart issues, but she said it treats adult women's acne. I've tried a lot of different medications for 9 years and nothing else has worked. She also put me on Adapalene, birth control, and benzoyl peroxide.
