Beauty Tips For Body Care
So I'm home visiting my parents this week for Thanksgiving, and I have been wearing SPF 50 (La Roche Posay Anthelios Mineral liquid) for about a month now. I've also managed to find a routine that has completely cleared my redness, most acne, all my CCs and PIH.I use a vitamin C serum underneath my moisturizer and sunscreen to brighten and even out my skin tone and that seems to have been working beautifully as well.I wasn't wearing any makeup and sitting on the floor petting my dog, when my dad comes and says "your face looks so white. Like just freakishly clear white. Are you wearing face paint? Are you feeling ok?"I wasn't wearing anything! I run outside very often and I hadn't ever worn sunscreen to prevent damage, and I had pretty bad PIH throughout my teen years and early 20s. The vit C and sunscreen along with a routine that doesn't irritate my sensitive skin have cut out all of the constant redness I've suffered for years.I'm so proud that my skin has become so clear that my dad was actually freaked out by the difference! Woohoo!Edit: I know should probably ask MUA but if anyone can suggest some products to add some color such as bronzers or blushes that won't cause break outs or sensitivity in really sensitive skin, let me know!
