[Product Question] Help identify what ingredient in this Maybelline Primer breaks me out, so I can avoid it in other products?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Technically this is a makeup product, not a skincare product, but I suspect that the problematic ingredient is the silicon stuff, which is also in a lot of skincare products. I just want to narrow it down because if my skin has a problem with silicon based ingredients, then I can't try stuff like EltaMD UV clear or DDMG.The product is Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser. I also bought it used off of /r/makeupexchange a while back so maybe it could have bacteria in it or something, or have expired? Every time I have used it I break out in places I usually wouldn't, like the cheeks. Normally I only get pimples on the chin.Ingredients: Dimethicone, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Stearyl Heptanoate, Caprylyl Glycol, Silica Silylate, Propylene Glycol, Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate, Prunus Cerasus Extract / Bitter Cherry Extract.
