[Routine Help] Wanting to try to improve my redness, what should I change/add? Paula's Choice opinions?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Current Routine:-Wash with CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser-Moisturize with CeraVe Moisturizing Lotionfor both A.M. and P.M., but if I'm going out I will use Biore UV sunscreen under my makeup. Mineral Oil to remove makeup and also as a skin pick-me-up if it's just feeling super gross.I've been doing this routine for at least a year and a half, maybe two years, maybe more. BUT I had recently swapped out Cetaphil cleanser for normal to oily for the CeraVe about 2-3 weeks ago- I found the CeraVe left me less red after washing and felt more calming. I haven't had any adverse reactions from swapping except feeling less harsh. I had stripped my routine down a LOT due to suspicions that I might have dehydrated skin, but I'm just not sure.I'm not sure if what I have is rosacea, or just plain redness. I had been to a derm previously and she said it might be early rosacea, but didn't give me anything to combat it. Its all over my face, cheeks and chin have it the worst. It's constant redness/unevenness, and I get flare ups VERY easy, so at this point in time I don't dare leave without makeup, which I hate the feeling of.On the subject of acne, I used to get it quite badly a few years ago but it is pretty calm right now. I'm only getting hormonal breakouts on my chin and jaw. Sensitivity wise, it's hard to say. Overall I think I'd consider my skin somewhat sensitive, but not overly sensitive. Skin type is, I'm pretty sure, combo oily (nose and around nose is the oiliest, chin next, then forehead- Cheeks are normal). My skin generally feels hot, and sometimes a bit tight. Paula's Choice products seem promising, but I'm not sure what to go for and what kind of products? (BHA, Exfoliator, Toner, different moisturizer/cleanser etc.) My nose/chin area my pores are pretty big and I'd like to add something to make that area be cleaner (can see dirt in pores and stuff). I just don't really know where to start for this, but I'm certain I could be doing more for my skin. This is my first post here so sorry if I'm a little all over the place, and thanks in advance for any help!
