[Skin Concerns] Bumps from foundation patch test from nearly a year ago won't go away?

Hey guys! Been a bit of a lurker around this sub for a little while, and I tried to do some searching to see if anything like this had been posted before and didn't have any luck so I figured I'd whip up an account and see if anyone has had any similar experiences or advice!Basically, a long while back I decided to try out a new liquid foundation, but having made the mistake of going full-face with a foundation that didn't agree with my skin once before, I patch tested a small area sort of to the right of my chin. Lo and behold, the next day that exact spot is covered in little bumps, not whiteheads or anything but definitely a clear sign to not go ahead with using that particular foundation.Since then, I've found a foundation that works and have been working on putting together a good skincare routine and I've been having pretty good luck with my face overall with the exception of that one spot. It's been nearly a year since I patch tested that foundation, and this area has remained bumpy, though not as bad as it was at first. Now, it's like the bumps are still there, but they're just a bit deeper(?) if that makes sense.I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience with something like this, and if so, is there anything that might work to get rid of them? I didn't even know it was possible for something like this to last so long! Any advice or ideas or words of wisdom would be hugely appreciated! Thanks guys!
