[Acne] black bump under skin?

I apologize if I make any mistakes with this post as it's my first time posting here on skincareaddiction, but no amount of googling or anything has given me an idea for what this is.A few weeks ago I had what I think was a pretty large closed comedone on my chin. That's nothing new since I normally get these really large ones from hormones, admittedly (and i know this is bad) i pick at them until they pop and eventually they'll go away. I actually didn't have many problems from that (fortunately). This time, though, I tried so hard not to do it. I've been working on an asian skin care routine for the last few months so I'm trying not to make things worse as I'd really like this acne to go away.But instead of the bump going away, it turned into this smooth bump on my face that looks black underneath the skin and I can actually move whatever is under the skin around which is honestly kind of gross. I have no clue what to do about it. I'm not sure if it's a cyst or what so I was hoping someone in the subreddit could help me out!I've been planning to go to a dermatologist after my finals to get something for hormonal acne, but for now I'd just like to have an idea what it is I'm dealing with.
