[Acne] I had a long hot bath and it's cause a major breakout on my face. How do I get rid of it?

So I treated myself to a long hot bath for the first time in months. The next morning my forehead and sides of my face were covered in oily pimples. I haven't had skin like this since I was 14, it's awful. I cant even hide it with makeup because it's so bumpy.I usually have pretty normal skin, a few spots now and then. Not particularly oily or dry. My routine is very simple.Do I leave them alone or try to get the gunk that's risen to the surface out? Should i stop moisturising? I have my work Christmas party in two days, I really hope it's gone by then!Any tips would be amazing. Thank you
