Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi guys, I'm new here and made an account just for this subreddit. I've been hearing a lot of great things from you guys so I wanted to try some of your solutions out. I've had a history with really bad cystic acne and have tried nearly everything. I've gone to dermatologists, tried changing my diet, tried nearly every type of topical medication (tretinoin, clyndamicin, Clean and Clear, ProActive... prescribed or not I've tried it) but nothing has worked. I just bought my first hydrocolloid blister pack from Target a few days ago and am super excited to try it out, but I would like to have a good skincare program as well. What do you guys recommend I buy? My skin is pretty oily and gets oily 2-3 hours after I wash my face. I use Neutrogena Oil-Free face wash twice a day (morning/night), use Neutrogena 35 (?) SPF sunscreen, and a Shiseido moisturizer. I get really bad acne on my nose, upper cheeks, and forehead. So far from what I've read while lurking, I bought disinfecting needles and hydrocolloid bandages. What else should I get? Tree oil? Also, should I use the hydrocolloid bandages every night on a cystic spot until the swelling stops? Thank you!
