[Routine help] I'd like to incorporate a facial oil back into my AM routine for winter, but can't decide where it fits in with sunscreen.

Last year, I wasn't applying sunscreen regularly yet, but would finish my AM routine with a light oil under my makeup. The finish always looked amazing and I wanna start that again.I read on a refinery29 article that you should apply your facial oil over sunscreen. I wear a physical zinc oxide. Wouldn't that disturb the spf on my face, like ocm? But if I use the oil under the sunscreen would it not adhere to my face properly? Any input is greatly appreciated!
