[Routine Help] New acne problems following birth control switch, advice appreciated!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm 27 yr old female. About 5 months ago, I switched from birth control pills to an IUD (skyla), and started experiencing oily skin and more zits than I've ever had in my life. (During the decade I was on hormonal birth control, I had mostly dry skin and only a few zits per year). I came to /r/skincareaddiction and re-tooled my whole skin care routine using the sidebar, and while it has helped a little bit, I'm still getting lots of zits. I'll get a zit on my chin or near my mouth like 3-4 times per month and also without fail, I'll get a breakout of a few new zits at the time of my period. They're big cystic-type zits that take a while to heal and are really embarrassing. This is the worst skin I've ever had in my life.Morning:Wash with cerave foaming cleanser for oily skinMoisturize with cerave moisturizing lotionThen put on makeupMakeup:I use a light layer of Revlon Nearly Naked foundationNYX Loose powder to set the foundationAmazing Cosmetics concealer on blemishesEvening:Johnson and Johnson baby oil on a cotton pad to remove my makeupWash with cerave foaming cleanserSwipe a stridex-red-box pad over problem areas (chin/mouth/hairline)Moisturize with cerave moisturizing lotionI recently bought some Nuetrogena benzoyl peroxide spot-treatment cream for the zits but I can't really tell if it's doing anything.Any advice on improving my routine is appreciated! Should I start using stridex twice per day? Maybe I need something stronger? I'm really sick of almost always having a zit on my face! I'm thinking about going to a dermatologist but it's really expensive with my insurance so I'm wondering if there are any product swaps or additions I can try first before going to a derm.
