[Skin Concerns] Spots appearing on neck and temple area, been getting progressively worse after the past few weeks. What is this and how do I fix it?

The spots on the side of my face and especially my neck have been getting progressively worse, not sure what to do. Neck herpes has been suggested a lot by friends but they're mostly taking the piss, not sure if to take it seriously though...legitimately have no clue.I've never had skin problems and this kinda came out of nowhere so it's taken me aback.
