Beauty Tips For Body Care
So I have kind of an eating disorder, whenever I hear anyone say that a food is unsafe or bad I can't eat any of it without feeling major feelings of guilt, shame, and panic. Recently I've started cutting out a lot of things for my acne (even though it doesn't seem to work). I've cut out:SugarsDiaryHigh glycemic foodsGrainsCertain types of fatAnd to make matters worse I'm already a vegetarian. I feel like I've run out of things to eat, especially when it comes to smaller meals like breakfast and "snacks". I know I've got some deep underlying issues but that will take to deal with and I am really worried about my health. So what foods (especially simpler, and also calorie/protein dense) can I without an worries?
