[Misc] Will UV rays pass through a 90% covered UV tinted bedroom window?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Let's say only 90% of the window is covered leaving the right 10% uncovered with a filter. Do the UV rays bounce around the entire room (at the speed of light) thus making the filter useless in general?!!? Or does it only affect where the direct sunlight is reaching with particles spreading throughout?http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007B9PQ5W?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00I hope my question makes sense lol, I mean the literal surface of the window is 90% covered, and not that the filter itself blocks 90% of UV rays! And here is the link to the UV filter I bought. Hopefully it's also the right one to use for these sorts of things. Hope someone knows! Ty!
