[Misc] Will UV rays pass through a 90% covered UV tinted bedroom window?

Let's say only 90% of the window is covered leaving the right 10% uncovered with a filter. Do the UV rays bounce around the entire room (at the speed of light) thus making the filter useless in general?!!?
