[PSA] Wash your headset/headphone ear pads!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been having trouble along my jawline and around my temple area. I just kept having pimples pop up there and chalked it down to hormonal acne because of the location on the jawline. It was like constant. I kept applying medicine whenever they would pop up and they would slowly heal (if I didn't pick!) but new ones kept occurring.Well, over a week ago I was sitting on my computer and decided to check to see if the persa gel I applied was helping at all. I grabbed my mirror and I went to look, but I was wearing my bulky gaming headset and it was blocking it. Derp. I took my headset off then looked again. Ok, looking decent. Yay.But then, it clicked. My headset was so huge on my head that it reached down to my jawline and up around my temple! It had to be more than a coincidence.I popped my earpads off and washed them with Tide then let them dry. It's been a week and nothing new has shown up - and my period passed! I'm pretty confident it was the earpads - or at least I'm hoping so! It stupidly never occurred for me to wash my earpads regularly and I'm kind of embarrassed about that. :P It makes sense though and I wanted to share in case it may help anyone.tl;dr: Had acne along jawline and temple area. Thought it was hormonal or something, but then realized bulky gaming headset covered that area when I was wearing it. Cleaned headset ear pads and so far nothing new has appeared. Fingers crossed that's all it was!Now I can start tackling my other skincare problems - I was afraid to use my other products because I didn't want to make it worse if I was having a reaction.((Not sure if I used the right tag.. If I didn't, sorry! I thought the [acne] tag may be more for talking about acne and not for advice/potential aid in the fight against it.)
