[Skin Concerns] Eczema, sensitivity, and acne. I am so itchy and sad.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I stopped my hormonal birth control about four months ago and my skin has gone from pretty damn wonderful to crazy sensitive.First, I developed an allergy to my cleanser (Cerave foaming facial wash). I then developed eczema on my face, neck and chest. I switched my shampoo, which seemed to help some ( I now use Johnson & Johnson gentle baby wash for head & body, but only for my hair). The eczema never went away, and has spread to my hands and forearms as well. I switched to Purex Free & Clear laundry detergent, but haven't noticed much change. On my face I only use mineral oil and Vaseline. I have not found a cleanser, so I use the ocm with mineral oil and do my best to remove as much as I can before, well, just putting on more.I'm am now dealing with some breakouts, but have no idea how to combat them.I went to a dermatologist last month and it was not helpful. He set me up with an appointment with an allergist (set for August, ugh), and basically told me, "this might just be how your skin is now". The moisturizer he recommended dried my skin out and made it red and burny (La Roche-Posay toleriane ultra fluide).Any help would be a godsend.I do plan on trying to get another appointment with a different derm, but last time I had to wait six weeks, so...yeah. Help!Edit: I live in Canada, so I've been using a humidifier at night to combat the dry air.
