[Skin Concerns] I pluck the hairs on my face every day. How do I soothe my skin?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Right now I have no choice but to tweeze my facial hair. My blood test showed I have excess testosterone which means I get hair on my cheeks and chin. Waxing has been ineffective to me since the hairs are never long enough (like hell am I going to wait for it to grow!!) and it leaves my skin red and sore. Shaving just gives me stubble hours later and its horrible. Hair removal cream is something I occasionally use but it burns my skin a little, so I have to tweeze right now until I can look into something more permanent like laser or electrolysis. Obviously tugging on my face all the time leaves it flaky and bumpy, just like it does when you pluck your eyebrows. I'm looking for the best possible way to reduce this as much as I can. I'm rubbing aloe vera and coconut oil on it all the time but it doesn't help much. I just want to be able to have a hairless face and for my skin not to be too damaged. Any tips?
