[Skin Concerns] I waxed my face a few months ago, and there are still scars. What can I do to make it heal?

I have combination skin. About two months ago I waxed my face at a salon. For a weeks I had pimples but they went away, they left some scars though. Also there are areas (like on my cheek), which had no pimples but there were scars. They put some antibiotic ointment right after. I haven't tried anything yet,amd I haven't been to a doctor about this.
