[Skin Concerns] Is fluorescent lighting an accurate representation of what your skin looks like?

Having one of those feel shitty about skin day -- in most mirrors, even in daylight or w/e my skin looks okay, but under a fluorescent light it looks absolutely ghastly.It seems to me like lights at home or w/e just hide the flaws a bit -- is fluorescent lighting showing the true state of my skin? Is that what other people see?
