[Skin Concerns] This just happened: Dark noticeable pigmentation/ marks after bleaching my upperlip hairs. Could this be permanent?

I just bleached my upperlip hairs a while ago. Washed it off then after that I looked in the mirror and saw this horror:http://imgur.com/GxAS6aFIt looks darker than that because of the flash.I look like I have mustache under my skin now.I searched the internet if this effect could be permanent. I hope not! But some posts had similar results and permanent effects. I'm horrified! I used the Andrea facial hair bleaching. I'm too embarrassed to go out and it's 10:20pm now. Help me out please.
