Beauty Tips For Body Care
so I know this sub is mainly facial skin but I thought I'd post this for any help. I'm trying to diminish the possibility of loose skin while losing weight and trying to find what I can do to improve skin elasticity. I found collagen supplements, but from what I read they don't get absorbed by the body? I read that vitamin C when applied topically can increase collagen production, which in turn could increase skin elasticity, which could help with the loose/saggy skin..? or is vitamin E better for this?
