Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi all,Thank you for taking the time to help me out on my quest to clear up my skin. Here are a few pictures of my chest, shoulders, and back. The backs were kind of difficult to take hahah.Anyway, it seems as though I only get effected (affected?) on my upper shoulders. Sometimes it spreads around to my chest, but is never really a huge issue. It can make me self conscious about taking off a shirt and going in the pool (though after about 3 seconds I realize I don't care about what people think) or doing anything with my shirt off.A little about me; I rarely drink soda anymore. I used to, but cut it out of my diet about 2 years ago, and only have it on certain occasions when eating out. I try to cut out greasy foods from my diet (like chips or fatty snacks). I generally am pretty healthy and participate in some sports around town. I've got a job where I can be on my feet and regularly walk around. I shower once every other day. I've found that if I shower every day, my skin dries out big time and I wind up scratching myself a lot :(One thing I do tend to notice is I get hot at night. I'll wake up sometimes and have a small amount of sweat (depending when I fell asleep), but it's never like a "I just worked out hard and I'm sweating" kind of sweat. So I'll sleep with a fan on and it usually helps.I think back in middleschool I used to have some mediocre amounts of facial acne (everyone gets some), and just used some facial scrubs. I am not really much of a morning person, so I was hoping maybe there was a topical cream or something that would help ease this down? Something relatively easy that I could throw on before work/bed.Thank you all for your help!
