[acne] Regular (bad) pimple? Cyst? What is this and how do I get rid of it fast?

So usually my face is clear. But a month ago I got this horrible pimple. I thought it came from doing a mask and my skin reacted bad. It went away and my skin went back to normal. Fast forward to exactly one month later and I have this in the same spot but even worse. Can i pop this or is this a cyst? I don't want to make it worse or leave a scar. When I do get pimples I can just pop them, cover with makeup where no one can even tell, and they are gone in a couple days. The picture doesn't do it justice, it's horrible. The picture makes it look not that red, but it's really red and so swollen.Are there any tips on how to get it to go away faster? I'm going out this weekend and I'd rather not have this second nose.
