[Product Question] is it okay to use Cosrx's natural BHA skin returning a-sol twice a day?

I ask because I've heard some say it's not technically strong enough to be an "active", but some say it IS. I also know it contains both AHA and BHA in it (according to the information I've read on it), so I'm confused.Could this lead to over exfoliation the way using the Cosrx (or any) BHA power liquid or Cosrx (or any) AHA power liquid might? I've been using the a-sol as a "toner" of sorts on bare skin after cleansing with an oil and a gentle foaming cleanser.Skin type: combo/oily, acne prone, dehydrated, sensitive.Thanks!
