[Skin concerns] Is it possible my wisdom teeth removal surgery caused my breakout?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Some backstory on my skin-My face was always coverd in cysts and terrible breakouts during highschool. There wasn't a moment where my face was without a pimple. I think I was a junior when I discovered /r/skincareaddiction from a post some girl made of her clearing her acne with honey. Anyways, yeah, I started smearing honey on my face every day. To my surprise, honey cleared all the painful cysts I had, but did nothing to the clusters of pimples on my face. I stopped using honey and started reading the SA sidebar. I thought the best thing I could do was to visit the derm. I went hoping to get on Accutane, and that was the first thing she suggested. Six months later, my skin was as clear as it was in grade school thanks to accutane.College started and I was really looking after my skin at this point. I was using sunscreen, a gentle cleanser, an aha, a moisturizer, but I was still getting the occasional pimple. So I introduced stridex into my routine to help with those pimples. It ended up doing no help or harm to my face.I had my wisdom teeth removal surgery on the last week of winter break. My skin was still clear, with the exception of one pimple. Three days after the surgery, all hell just broke loose. Breakouts started flaring around my mouth area and just spread to my cheeks over the last two months. I've been trying to keep it under control. My original routine wasn't helping my skin at all, in fact it was just getting worse with time. I replaced my aha and stridex with PC's aha and bha. It feels and looks like my skin is getting better but only time will tell. So, is it possible the surgery caused my breakout?TL;DR: Bad acne during highschool, and cleared it with Accutane during senior year. Six months later I get my wisdom teeth removed, and my clear skin turns to shit and won't heal.
