[Acne] 25 y/o woman with brown skin struggling with localized breakouts, uneven skin and dark circles.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Dear r/skincareaddiction,I'm desperate to heal my skin (main problem areas - http://imgur.com/z9cYIUd). I have some discolouration, hyper pigmentation and some stubborn dark spots/scars from acne on my jawline which I suspect could be hormonal or stress related. The right side of my face gets hit the hardest when it comes to breakouts, flare ups, redness and itching. The left side of my face looks more healthy and rarely causes problems. This started happening suddenly around February 2016 and has become less severe with time, however, I still seem to be getting breakouts in that local area. I try to keep good habits surrounding what goes near my face- my cellphone gets wiped down daily with rubbing alcohol and my pillowcases are changed regularly. I resist touching my face as much as possible. I'm also becoming increasingly self conscious about my dark circles and tear troughs. It's definitely genetic to an extent but I'm desperate to minimize their intensity. I'm so tired of seeing people's eyes wander all over my face glimpsing at the parts of my skin that are in bad shape.Product wise here's what I'm currently using:Cleansers: CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser or Aveda Botanical Kinetics Purifying Gel CleanserExfoliatiors: Neutrogena Naturals Exfoliating Scrub Moisturizers: CeraVe Moisturizing CreamToners: Thayer's Unscented Witch Hazel with aloeTreatments: Oz Naturals Vitamin C SerumEye cremes: Claudalie SOS morning eye rescueI have been using these products for over a year save for the toner and under eye cream. At nights I use one of those cleansers or the exfoliant depending on how my skin feels, followed by toner (not every night though) and moisturizer+eye cream. I very rarely use the vitamin c serum. In the morning I normally do a warm water rinse and finish with cool water and then apply an SPF 30 before I leave the house. I have found that SPFs tend to sting the skin in my under eye area so I avoid putting it there and use CeraVe in that area.Other info: My skin tends to be combination/oily.Can anyone PLEASE give me guidance and point me in the right direction?
