Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've never had cysts, since starting birth control a year ago I got maybe 2 or 3 for the first few months, aswell as general acne worsening. I stopped the pills 3 months later. My skin immediately got better, and was fine for about 2 months. However, the last 6 months the cysts/whiteheads came back - it was cyclical and was only happen during my period. The last 3 months have been the worst - I've started getting a cyst every few days and in places I never used to get acne (used to only be on my forehead, now getting them on my cheeks). By cysts, btw, I mean those deep, painful under the skin pimples that feel like hard balls and take a couple days to come to a head (if they do at all).Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to stop these from appearing? My treatment for them is fine (mario badescu buffering lotion reduces them), but I'd like to tackle them at their root cause. I don't really want to go on birth control again since I've tried about 3 different brands with all horrible side effects.Routine: Cleanse with LRP Effaclar in the evenings, moisturise with Eucerin Aquaporin cream morning and evening, apply Differin 0.1% to forehead in the evenings. (Differin was introduced about 2 months ago)Thank you so much for any help! It's really getting me down :(
