[ACNE] Isotretinoin not working? Since second month of isotet worse breakout than ever, third month in breakout is not gone, not even one pimple disappeared. Since i started isotret, havent seen ANY improvement just getting worst day by day HELPPP

Someone who has used isotretinoin for acne, pleasee help me My third month on isotretinoin started 2 3 days ago. During my second month my whole face got full of pimples and small bumps under the skin. im on 40mg a day. Before starting isotret i only had small clogged pores/bumps everywhere but now its worse than ever. I dont even feel like going anywhere. Since i started isotret i havent seen even a tad but improvement only getting worse day by day. does this mean that the med is not working? or is it just an IB and if it is when will it go away?
