[Acne] Odd long-term zits(?) that just won't go away. Any idea what they are/how to get rid of them? (Pictures)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi r/SkincareAddiction! The one closer to my nose is an odd red dot that is under the skin and doesn't really feel any different from the surrounding skin. I've had it for ~6 months now and noticed it after a night of drinking. The other zit thing is on my cheek and above the skin. It's been around for ~4 months. It hasn't changed in size, and I tried popping it (after showering and with tissues covering my fingers), but it is very attached to my skin. Nothing came out and the area around it became a little red.https://imgur.com/Yh5BhuX https://imgur.com/FqTYDK4 https://imgur.com/1SCFBAIMy skin is very sensitive and pale, gets red easily (it sort of has a reddish pink undertone), and despite all past moisturizing attempts (I've seen improvement after switching to CeraVe lotion), often dries. I've had acne all my life (21F) and tried a variety of medications. I used to wear a lot more makeup, but now just occasionally use Clinique redness solutions. My skincare regimen is in the comments!
