[DIY] Is this DIY serum okay?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi everyone! I am going to attempt to make a DIY serum to use, and I have been researching what to use in it, but I wanted to see what you guys thought of the formula before I did just did it in case it messes up my skin. I have combination skin that is not sensitive at all. I currently use Clinique Liquid Facial Soap, followed by Witch Hazel, then Estee Lauder ANR, then Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture for Combination Skin, then a sunscreen that I can't remember the name of.Here are the ingredients:Coenzyme Q10Palmitoyl Peptide ComplexGlycolic AcidDL-Alpha Tocopheryl AcetateL-Ascorbic AcidNiacinimideRetinol PalmitateHyaluronic AcidDistilled WaterIs this good? Is it too much? Is there anything else I should add in there?(Also, I'm on mobile so my apologies if the formatting is wrong)
